International Shipping & Customs We ship worldwide from Phoenix, Arizona.

• Customs Duties & Taxes: All international packages are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The customer is responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country. We will not falsify customs forms to mark items as "Gifts" or lower the value, as this is illegal.

• Refused Packages: If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
