Due to the custom, hand-crafted nature of our products and hygiene regulations regarding wearable costume components (headpieces, lekku, latex appliances), we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Email].
Damage in Transit: Please retain all original packaging and the damaged item. We require photos of both the box and the item to file an insurance claim with the carrier.
Fit Issues: We provide detailed measurements for all wearable items. We are not responsible for fit issues if the measurements provided by the buyer were incorrect.
