Returns
Like any small creator, I work hard to make sure that I get you exactly what you’re hoping for, the first time. But, sometimes things happen, things don’t go according to plan. So I do offer an option for returns and exchanges for those situations.
Please contact me via the contact form or by email and I will personally handle your return for you.
Returns conditions
All returns must be postmarked in the mail within 14 days of receiving the product, and must meet the following criteria:
- Props must be unused – no glue applied to them, no sanding or trimming done to them, etc. They should look exactly like they did coming out of the package.
- Clothing – must be unworn with all original tags/packaging.
- Custom orders & commissions – Customized items (such as special commissions, or props with custom paint colors) cannot be returned at any time. A special case can be made to send them back at buyer’s expense for me to make adjustments/changes and send them back. All purchases on custom orders are final.
Refunds
If all of the above criteria are met, you will be eligible for either a full refund, or an exchange for similar value.
- Refunds will be processed through the same payment method that was used at time of purchase.
- If exchanging for an item of lesser value, you will be refunded the remaining balance.
- If exchanging for an item of greater value, you will need to pay the additional difference.
- Refunds are based on the cost of the item at the time of original purchase. (If you purchased it on sale, your exchanges will be based on that sale price for determining exchange value)
- Buyer is responsible for shipping fees to return the item.
Digital Download purchases
Returns
Digital items are not available for returns or refunds at any time. All sales are final on the following items:
- Digital Sewing Patterns
- Digital Photosets
- Other downloadable content not listed here.
