I still have not received my order
As a small creator who focuses on hand-made, custom designed, made-to-order props, sometimes my work can take some time to complete! While I try to have a healthy stock of my most popular items handy, busy seasons do happen and it takes time for me to replenish my stock by hand.
Custom work can take several weeks (or months!) to complete, depending on my backlog or the complexity of the request.
I thank all of my customers for being so patient with me while I work to complete their orders as quickly as I can. If you have any questions about the status of your order, you can always reach out to me via the Contact Form and I will be happy to give you an update.
The items received are incorrect or are defective
While I work very hard to ensure every order goes out right the first time, sometimes mistakes do happen! If your items are damaged or defective in some way, please reach out to me via the Contact Form and I will be happy to find a resolution with you.
While every situation is unique and will be handled on a case by case basis, the usual process is this:
- I will will coordinate with you to determine what went wrong (was it damaged in shipping? Did I send the wrong item? etc.)
- We will coordinate having the item sent back to me.
- I will begin work on replacing the item as top priority.
Please note that custom orders (such as props with a unique paint color) are not considered incorrect/defective unless damaged in shipping. Issues deemed “a matter of taste” or “poor communication of buyer’s expectations” may still be sent back for adjustments & changes, but the buyer will be responsible for all applicable fees. This may include additional labor charges for complex adjustments.
